RT-100 Automatic Filler-Dosifier Machine
Is a dosing machine that can dispense an accurately quantified and automatically weighed semi-fluid raw material. It can be used to fill breads, cakes, cream puffs, cupcakes, donuts, as well as filling any size containers such as soups, chilies, sauces.
An optional array of attachments and the ability to interchange pumps allows great versatility. It can be easily adapted onto any production line system. Sensors can be added to automatically maintain hopper fill levels for on-line applications. Feel free to ask about these additional options and customization if required.
The digital display setting system is easy to use and makes the quantitative work easier, faster and more accurate.
Through the mode switch button, you can easily switch back and forth between the quantitative injection mode and the continuous injection mode.
Three control methods include: foot pedal (hand grip) control, photoelectric sensor control, and external signal control to make the equipment more complete.
