Description
The RT-120 is a horizontal end-load cartoning machine specifically designed to offer a compact footprint. The machine transmission system is principally controlled by cams. All settings are configured through the PLC with the help of an encoder.
The machine is an affordable and entry-level cartoning machine used to fulfill basic cartoning requirements. The automation is simple – erect carton blanks, form blanks into carton boxes, insert the package of material, insert leaflet when joined by a leaflet folder, fold the dust flaps, complete the closure by tuck-in or with hot-melt glue when joined with a glue melter.

The machine is driven by a 0.75 Kw 1: 15 Gear Motor and assisted by an overload protector, Double Row Chain Wheel, Electric Wheel and a series of cams that realize the repetitive motion for erection, insertion, folding and closure during the cartoning process.
