Description
A Band Sealer or Rotary Band Sealer is an in-line compact machine that heat seals the tops of bagged products that travel along a conveyor. Continuous Band Sealers or Rotary Band Sealers are available in either horizontal or vertical models. A horizontal band sealer is for sealing low products as the product lays down flat such as magazines or cards. The Vertical Rotary Band Sealer is used for sealing upright bags such as coffee, pet foods, liquids, or powders in a stand-up pouch. Continuous band sealers can seal LDPE, PE, PP, PVC, and layered barrier bags with a variety of seal widths available up to 10mm.
For high-volume operations, this sealer is equipped with a nitrogen air pressure gauge, a foot pedal to activate the vacuum function, hot stamp printing, and an intuitive control panel.
